Dear PEW Residents,

This two-page document contains information on the processes for residents to bring questions, concerns, issues and requests before the PEWRA Board. If your question, issue, concern or request is of a sensitive nature (such as involving another resident), we recommend that you seek resolution with PEW management.

Once your paperwork is received (must be 10 days in advance of upcoming Board meeting) then:

  • Your question, concern, issue or request will be placed on the upcoming Board agenda.

  • Board agenda is posted in the PEW card room.

  • At Board meeting, your agenda item will be openly discussed amongst the Board and you will be invited to partake in that discussion. Audience may not comment.

  • The Board will make every attempt to answer your question or make a suggestion or decision on what to do to rectify your concern or issue. The Board may table your agenda item to the next meeting if more information is needed.

  • IF the request you are making concerns making a parkwide rule change, PEWRA will follow the procedure that is outlined in the San Marcos Mobile Home Accord: Section 16.04.070
